By accessing or using this website, submitting forms, or engaging Tax Station LLC (“Tax Station,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.
Scope of Services
Tax Station LLC provides tax preparation and related financial services to U.S.-based clients. While Tax Station operates with tax professionals in multiple states, all services are centralized, managed, and governed from the State of Michigan.
Submission of information through this website does not create a client–preparer relationship until services are formally accepted and required agreements, consents, and disclosures are completed.
Client Responsibilities
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge and belief. Tax Station relies on information provided by you and is not responsible for errors, penalties, or consequences resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or omitted information supplied by the client.
You understand that:

Income must be reported whether or not a tax form (such as a 1099) is received

You are responsible for maintaining records to support items reported on your tax return

Tax Station may ask follow-up questions to meet IRS due diligence requirements
No Guarantee of Refund or Outcome
Tax Station does not guarantee any specific refund amount, tax outcome, approval, or processing timeline. Results depend on information provided by the client and determinations made by the IRS and applicable state agencies.
Third-Party Products and Services
Tax Station may offer or facilitate access to third-party financial products, including refund advances, bank products, payment processors, and tax software platforms. Tax Station is not responsible for the terms, decisions, delays, or actions of third-party providers.
Payments and Fees
Payments may be accepted via cash, Stripe, or other approved methods. Fees are due as disclosed and agreed upon, regardless of refund outcome. Non-filing fees may apply if services are initiated but not completed due to client action or inaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tax Station shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Privacy Policy
Tax Station collects personal and sensitive information necessary to provide tax services, including names, addresses, contact information, Social Security numbers, income and financial data, dependent information, and health insurance details.
Information is used solely for legitimate business purposes such as tax preparation, compliance, communication, and payment processing. Client information is protected using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and is not sold or rented.
Information may be shared only with tax authorities, required third-party service providers, or as required by law.
Electronic Communications & Consent
You consent to receive documents, disclosures, and communications electronically. Electronic signatures are legally binding.
By providing contact information, you consent to service-related communications via email and SMS. Marketing messages may be sent; you may opt out at any time.
Telephone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and documentation purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
Electronic communications are not guaranteed to be secure. Clients should not transmit sensitive information outside of designated secure platforms.
